Self-Exclusion Guide

Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration. Once activated, ja99 cannot override or shorten a self-exclusion at a player's request during the active period. If you activate a 6-month self-exclusion, you will be locked out of your account for the full 6 months regardless of your circumstances. Please consider this carefully before activating.

How to Activate Self-Exclusion

  1. Log in to your ja99 account and navigate to Account Settings.

  3. Choose Self-Exclusion from the list of available tools.
  4. Select your preferred exclusion duration: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent.
