1.1 Agreement to Terms

1.4 Severability

The remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable or invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties.
Age Restriction and Eligibility
18+ Only: ja99 strictly prohibits access by persons under 18 years of age. Registration constitutes a declaration by you that you are aged 18 or above. ja99 actively implements age verification procedures and will close any account found to belong to a minor without notice.
2.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on ja99. By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and applies regardless of the age of legal gambling in any jurisdiction where you may reside.
2.2 Age Verification
ja99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point before, during, or after registration. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period specified by ja99 will result in account suspension pending resolution, followed by closure if verification is not provided.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility
ja99 is operated for players located in Bangladesh. You represent and warrant that you are accessing the platform from a location where online betting and casino activity is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering or using the platform. ja99 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside of its target market.
2.4 Prohibited Persons
The following persons are not permitted to register or use the ja99 platform:
- Persons under 18 years of age.
- Persons who have previously been self-excluded from ja99 during an active self-exclusion period.
- Persons whose accounts have been closed by ja99 for Terms violations, fraud, or abuse.
- Persons acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
- Employees or contractors of ja99 or its technology and payment partners who are directly involved in the operation of the platform.
Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use ja99 services, you must create a single player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Required information includes a valid username, a secure password, a valid email address or mobile number, and accurate personal details as requested. You must not use false, fictitious, or borrowed identity information at any stage of registration or during any subsequent verification process.
3.2 One Account per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on ja99. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, ja99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending bets, void all bonuses, and withhold all balances in those accounts pending investigation into whether they were used to abuse promotional terms or game integrity policies.
3.3 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. All activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify ja99 support immediately and change your password without delay.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication
ja99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. Where 2FA is enabled, an additional verification code will be required at login. ja99 support staff will never request your 2FA code or your account password. Any communication requesting these details is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
3.5 Account Information Updates
You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your contact email, phone number, or payment method — you must update your account profile accordingly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed processing of withdrawals and difficulty in completing identity verification.
3.6 KYC Verification
ja99 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing withdrawal requests or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documentation may include a national ID card (NID), passport, proof of address, or evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been submitted and approved. ja99 targets a document review turnaround of no more than 48 business hours from submission of complete documentation.
Deposits and Withdrawals
BDT Transactions: All financial transactions on ja99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are stated at the time of withdrawal request.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
ja99 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and bank transfer to supported Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of active deposit methods is displayed within your account wallet section at the time of deposit.
4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ja99 for standard accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own per-transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ja99 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to be credited. ja99 does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ja99 bears no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Process
Withdrawals may be requested at any time from your ja99 account, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account has completed any applicable KYC verification; (b) any bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in your account have been met; (c) no pending security review or account investigation is active on your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times
ja99 targets the following withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals — within one hour of approval for verified accounts during standard operating hours; Rocket and Upay — within three hours; bank transfer — within one business day. These are target timelines and are not guaranteed. Processing may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional security review is required.
4.5 Funds Ownership and Anti-Money Laundering
You warrant that all funds deposited into your ja99 account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity. ja99 applies anti-money laundering monitoring to all account activity. Suspicious deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger an account review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. ja99 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law without prior notice to the account holder.
4.6 Dormant Account Funds
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months or more. ja99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant account balances after the 12-month dormancy period has elapsed. Players are advised to log in periodically or to withdraw their balance if they do not intend to use the platform for an extended period. Notification will be sent to the registered email address prior to the commencement of inactivity fees.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional offers made available by ja99 are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These terms are published with each promotion and form part of the agreement between ja99 and the player who claims that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the specified multiple (e.g., 30x) must be satisfied by placing qualifying bets before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games typically contribute 10%–20%; sports betting wagers on events with odds below a stated minimum may contribute 0%. 5.3 Bonus Abuse
ja99 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Behaviour deemed by ja99 to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; placing low-risk or hedging bets to clear wagering requirements; exploiting an error in bonus calculation; or claiming a promotion using a payment method that does not qualify — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
ja99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a player has already claimed a bonus that is subsequently modified or withdrawn, the terms applicable at the time of claiming shall apply to that player's existing bonus balance, unless modification is required by legal or regulatory necessity.
Betting and Game Rules
6.1 Acceptance of Bets
ja99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: bets placed after an event has commenced where live betting is not offered; bets placed on markets that have been suspended; bets placed using funds derived from a cancelled deposit or reversed transaction; and bets where the stated odds were subject to a manifest error at the time of placement.
6.2 Manifest Errors
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or with a game outcome that is clearly the result of a technical or human error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, duplicate markets, or software malfunction — ja99 reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to the player's account, or to settle the bet at the correct odds where the correct odds can be reasonably determined. ja99's decision on manifest error matters is final.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
All sports betting markets on ja99, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the ja99 betting rules documentation accessible from within your account. In general: bets are settled based on the official result of the event as declared by the relevant governing body; in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended without notice during live play; abandoned, postponed, or shortened events are settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules.
6.4 Casino and RNG Games
All casino games, slot games, and random number generator (RNG) products available on ja99 are supplied by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.5 Collusion and Cheating

7.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your ja99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with an outstanding balance will not be closed until the balance has been withdrawn or transferred. Once an account is closed at your request, you may re-register subject to the eligibility criteria in Section 2, unless you have activated a self-exclusion at the time of closure.
8.2 Closure by ja99
ja99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the event of: breach of these Terms and Conditions; provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information; failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Section 5.3; collusion or cheating as defined in Section 6.5; or any conduct that ja99 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the interests of other players or the integrity of the platform.
8.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach
Where an account is closed by ja99 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach — including fraud, identity misrepresentation, or bonus abuse — ja99 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part. Any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings will be voided in all cases of termination for breach.
8.4 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute relating to these Terms, account closure, bet settlement, or any other aspect of your use of ja99, you should first contact ja99 customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. ja99 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a fully documented complaint. ja99's decision on disputes relating to the interpretation of these Terms, game outcomes, and bet settlements is final and binding.
8.5 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes about their formation, existence, validity, or termination — shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation. ja99 makes no representation that these Terms conform to the laws of any specific jurisdiction.
